It is grown at high elevation and processed naturally, then dried slowly on raised beds to develop a rich, fruit-forward cup. The result is a full-bodied coffee with notes of berry, red wine, and dark chocolate. The farm is certified organic.

• French Press: 1:15 ratio, 94°C water, coarse grind, 4 min steep + 5 min rest
• Espresso: 1:2 ratio, 92–93°C water, 27–32 sec extraction
